Ben keeps the heart of Cigar Circus beating strong behind the scenes. As Warehouse Manager, he’s the main one making sure shelves stay stocked, orders get delivered on time, and the logistics run smooth as a drumroll.

Charlie’s deep knowledge of cigars helps guide guests through their experience, whether they’re new to cigars or longtime smokers. His goal is simple: create a welcoming space where customers feel at home and every visit is memorable.
