In-Store + Online
In-store and online points combine when you use the same email or phone.
Past purchases: if we can match them to your account, they’ll be credited retro-actively. If something’s missing, contact us with your receipt and we’ll review.
Earning Points
You earn 1 point per $1 spent on eligible merchandise before tax and excluding shipping/fees.
Points do not accrue on gift cards, taxes, tips, shipping, or price-adjustments.
Most points post to your account within 24–48 hours after purchase.
If an order is refunded or canceled, any points from that order will be deducted.
Redeeming Points (January 2026)
Starting January 2026, points can be redeemed in the Loyalty Points Store for shirts, hats, accessories, swag, and limited-edition items.
Points cannot be redeemed for tobacco or nicotine products, gift cards, or cash.
Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be sold or bartered.
Account Rules
One account per person. We may merge or correct duplicate accounts.
We may adjust point balances for errors, returns, fraud, or misuse.
Keep your contact info current so your points post correctly.
Expiration
No expiration is planned. If that changes, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice on this page.
Program Changes
Cigar Circus may modify, pause, or end the program (or specific rewards) at any time.
Some offers may be limited by time, quantity, or location; void where prohibited.
