Return/Refund Policy

At Cigar Circus, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we have strict return and refund guidelines in place to comply with health and tobacco regulations.
Overview
All sales of cigars and tobacco products are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on cigars, humidors, or tobacco-related items unless the product arrives damaged or there was an error with your order.
If an issue arises, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Each case will be evaluated individually to determine if replacement, store credit, or a refund is appropriate.
Your satisfaction is important to us. While we cannot accept returns on cigars due to product integrity and compliance, we are committed to resolving issues fairly and efficiently.
Eligibility for Returns (Non-Tobacco Items Only)
To be eligible for a return on non-tobacco merchandise (e.g., accessories, apparel), the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Include all original packaging and tags
- Be reported within 14 days of delivery
- Be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
Once reviewed and approved by our customer service team, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued. Items returned without a RAN may be rejected or subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee applies to non-tobacco items only.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will apply to opened merchandise.
Note: Do not send any product directly to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through Cigar Circus.
Refunds (If Applicable)
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take additional time before the refund posts.
- If it still has not arrived, email us at info@cigarcircus.com and we will assist you further.
Sale and Final Sale Items
Sale items are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange. Some products, including promotional and clearance merchandise, may be marked as FINAL SALE and are also ineligible for return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@cigarcircus.com and mail your item to:

Shipping Returns
You are responsible for paying shipping costs for any return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with a clear photo of the issue within 7 days so we can begin a resolution.
